SUPERFOOD GRANOLA

Ingredients:

125g Dried cherries

150g Dried apple slices

150g Mixed seeds

100g Flaked almonds

100g Dried mulberries

30g Chia seeds

300g Rolled oats

1 tsp Turmeric

2 tsp Cinnamon          

100ml Maple syrup

100ml Olive oil

1 tsp Salt

Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

2. Toast the almonds on a low heat in a frying pan. This should take about 5 minutes.

3. In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients with the spices.

4. In a mug mix the maple syrup and oil together.

5. Lay the dry ingredients onto a baking tray and pour on the liquids. Thoroughly mix everything together until the dry ingredients are well-coated.

6. Bake for 30 minutes in total. Stir the granola after 15 minutes to make sure it doesn’t burn.

7. Serve straight away or keep in tupper-wear boxes for up to 2 weeks.
