SAGE AND BUTTER GNOCCHI

Serves 2, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Cooking time: 10 minutes

 Ingredients:

500g Fresh gnocchi

100g Unsalted butter

10 Sage leaves

50g Grated Parmesan

Salt and Pepper

 Method:

1.     Boil the gnocchi in salted water for 3-4 minutes or until they float to the top of the water, reserve haldfa cup of pasta water and drain.

2.     In a frying pan melt the butter and add the in the sage leaves, Parmesan, gnocchi and a little pasta water to create a sauce.

3.     When the sauce has thickened a little, season to taste and serve straight away.
