PAPRIKA AND GARLIC CHIPS
Serves 4, Prep time: 20 mins, Cooking time: 40 mins
Ingredients:
500g Maris piper potatoes
2 tsp Paprika
4 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
A small handful of rosemary
Salt
5 tbs Sunflower oil
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and drizzle the oil into a baking tray and place in the oven to heat up while we prep the potatoes.
2. After washing the potatoes, chop them in halve and then into wedges.
3. Par-boil the potatoes for about 5 minutes until they have lost their bite.
4. Drain them, add them back to the pan and add in salt, rosemary, garlic and paprika. Mix well to make sure everything is evenly coated.
5. Remove the pan from the oven and carefully add the potatoes into the hot oil.
6. Roast for 30 minutes, making sure to flip them half way through.
