MELON BOARD
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Watermelon
1 Honeydew melon
1 Cantaloupe melon
1 Pomegranate
190g Comté cheese
150g Feta
7 slices Parma ham
200g Saucisson sec
METHOD:
Slice all the melon into 1-inch thick slices.
Slice the Saucisson sec.
Crumble the feta and slice the Comté into chunks.
Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
Assemble all the ingredients onto a large chopping board or tray.
