MELON BOARD

Serves 6

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 Watermelon

1 Honeydew melon

1 Cantaloupe melon

1 Pomegranate

190g Comté cheese

150g Feta

7 slices Parma ham

200g Saucisson sec

METHOD:

  1. Slice all the melon into 1-inch thick slices.

  2. Slice the Saucisson sec.

  3. Crumble the feta and slice the Comté into chunks.

  4. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.

  5. Assemble all the ingredients onto a large chopping board or tray.
