BLACKBERRY & CRACKED BLACK PEPPER NO CHURN ICECREAM
INGREDIENTS:
600g Blackberries (thawed or fresh)
3 tbsp Runny honey
30g Cracked black pepper
300g Condensed milk
440g Double cream
1 tsp Vanilla extract
METHOD:
Place the blackberries and honey into a saucepan. Bring to the boil and let them simmer for around 7 minutes or until they have broken down.
Remove from the heat and pour into a bowl. Add the pepper and leave to cool for at least an hour.
In a large mixing bowl whisk the double cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract together until the mixture can hold ribbons.
Fold the blackberry mix into the double cream mix.
Once everything is well combined, pour the mixture into a non-stick tray or a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Serve on its own or with fresh blackberries.
This will keep in the freezer for up to a month.
